This happened twice with my dad, I was given UB & dad was given SU in Jnaneshwari Delx...
That could be the case of LB's getting exhausted. But here, SRCTZN pax got an UB inspite of the availability of LB
Due to that I cancelled that ticket & took Shalimar Express's ticket, as without LB or SLB dad would have hard time climbing up to sleep... :(

हद है सर :D ,,, मतलब एक ही टिकट पे नॉर्मल वालो को लोअर सीट और बुजुर्ग महिला को upper सीट दे दिया इन लोग ने ,, ऐसी मुझे बिलकुल उम्मीद नहीं थी
