I wanted to make a ticket for my brother in 15159 Sarnath Exp. from ALD to BSP of 20-Feb-15 journey date. Since the reservation was not available from ALD hence I made the ticket from Phulpur (PLP) but forgot to change the boarding point as ALD. It is an e-ticket. What should i do now?

Go to neaerest PRS Counter with Print out of ur tkt and valid ID proof and request letter to change BP point
My brother's plan got changed finally and I cancelled the ticket.
I cancelled this ticket on 16-02-2015. On IRCTC, it shows that the ticket has been cancelled but neither i have got the refund amount in my bank account nor the cancelled ticket SMS on his phone number. What should i do now?
