abhi 4 days ago maine bhi apni friend ki mom ke liye DHN-KPD 2 tickets Aleppy Exp me PT me bana kar di thi.. 2A me.. thanks god unko problem nahi hui.. lekin agar ye problem hai to galat baat hai.. 2A ke charges aur seat hi nahin hai :O

The railways should have some way by which they know whether the coach has 46 berths or 48 berths.Quite sad that the passengers had to sleep on the floor
He should approach to Consumer Forum or Court...Is it applicable in this case?
