Why Indian Railways think that that only rich people stay in delhi and mumbai, so much so that it keeps extending AC PREMIUM trains between Delhi-Mumbai due to heavy demand, but does not run special or new train with sleeper class coaches?

There is no daily train for Delhi from Mumbai with sleeper class
Blogger is asking for daily train with sleepar class between Mumbai-Delhi.
i knew that , plenty of trains r there b/n both section ,if at all introduced surely will be extended to north
Yes but no dedicated daily trains are there. And all Daily Dedicated trains are of premium catagories. Baring Biweekly Maharashtra Sampark Kranti.
Certainly there are other stations in India and they deserve better train connectivity, what my contention is that this slot and coaches along with sleeper class can be used as special or new train between Delhi and Mumbai as it is there is no exclusive direct daily train between two mega cities Mumbai and delhi
