I don't know why vskp is unlucky in so many ways.what ever zone/projects gets delay in implementation even for trains we cry hard for years yet some foul play gets in the way.iam feeling hard for my hometown because its hurting somewhere deep inside

Why they have to be part of rayagada. Instead make CHE or VZM as Division HQ.
