Grievance Description : Last year announcement was made to run 4 Superfast trains at 130 kmph in Mughal Sarai- Ghaziabad section. 12397/98, 12393/94, 12801/02 and 12303/04/81/82. Which was later dumped citing the reason of shortage of staff, you couldn't increase your staffin a yesr, whereas there is a huge crowd waiting to be recruited or this lack of staff is only to increase wages in pay commission.
