Departing from BZA is with min 15mins delay and in a month avg there is 30mins more delay from bza...
And by reaching SC div it is geting almost 30mins delay..and this 30mins delay is increasing bcz of track works and the delay is increasing further more bcz of pf occupancy at SC

Any way SCR is doing many projects simultaneously

Center - State cost sharing will not happen :) as some part is in TG and some part is in AP.
