Railway has huge land bank.... it can use its unused land for solar power so that small-small works can be done through it. besides this railway has to install solar panels on the roof of every platform so that it can be utilised in a proper way. if solar parks can be made by railway it will have to buy less electricity from outside and can gain huge revenue which can be utilised for other purposes.
