I have a ticket booked from Mumbai Central to Surat station for today evening. After i booked the tikcet it reflected RQWL 3. I have no idea what is RQWL and is there any chance for this ticket to get confirmed before travel time which is 5.40pm in the evening? Also can i get into the train with this ticket in hand even if it doesn't get confirmed? please help!

i meant to ask by the time the chart gets ready will this RQWL thing get confirmed? I have no idea how this RQWL thing works and moved up in the chart
before likhi hun dats right.. but i hv written before travel time ( which means before the train starts from the station), not before chart preparation :) i guess now i cd make u clear :)
It shall confirm after charting.Check around 3-3:30 PM it should be done.
It seems your WL is very low, and you stand bright chance to get CNFM. For your info, If you could post your PNR in PNR Forum, you get good responses from senior members too...
