peoples participation is very necessary to keep railway a role modal but logo ko cheap ticket or zayada facility se zayada sochna hi nahi ata. tab railway se bhi har chiz expect karna galat hai. I am not in favour of only railway. i am in favour of coommon people also. thoda sath to hum logo ko dena chahiye railway ka tabhi railway bhi hamare tarf serious hoga.

Aam janta has to be more responsible..
Indian people throw waste in coaches like tea cups on tracks, people do pan spitting , tambakoo etc which defeats whole cleaning system :(
