CBE has restaurants but I doubt they will be open at 0250.You can step outside the station you would find good restaurants open 24*7.Also do you plan a connection train at CBE? Most of the amenities at CBE is at PF2/3 and don't rush to PF1 to find them unlike other station.Instead of FOB,CBE has underpassages and there are escalators.You can try if they are open 24*7,But i doubt it.The main underpass is at one end of the PF,towards PGT end.Use it and you will reach the main entrance and some amenities can be found here and you can step outside and check how busy the city is.The retiring room is also in PF2/3.This is what I found out from my recent visit.I hadn't explored PF1 and I found it not large and at a glance found out it lacks amenities.I might be wrong.

Paid AC waiting lounge is there near the enquiry counter. I have stayed after reaching CBE at 4.15 am.
