Yet another weird encounter during the Train spotting. Here is a careless moron who isn't literally concerned about the fast approaching train irrespective of several loud honks alerted by the Loco Pilot and he's still busy conversing over the phone. He appears to act heroic not giving a damn...

yeah they are idiots who are from slums and its better to avoid them as they will have be having a gang or community near by them who are usually rowdies !
