Can we say this is d' most unique LOCO in IR?

This is certainly one of the unique locos in IR. There are also few other unique locos like ED #11121 WDM-3D. Anyways, I saw this guy at Palakkad sometimes back. I guess he's still roaming in that area with the same type of wagons :)
Actually this guy doing electrification works here. I think it was side business hauling wagons ;)
