Since introduction of bubble feature of station tip / train tip, it has become easier to know, at a Glance, how are "HEALTH' of them all.
But is it Justified with Facts ?
1-Food : it could be :A: at Station , and :B: around /outside station mixed up together giving 'blurred view'

3-Ticket Availability : This is the Height of Mistaken View: Every train must be having a minimum of 900-1000 reserved berths comprising of SL to 1AC ... excluding General non reserved seats/berths... and those who have given the 'Rating' on this site could be hardly one to five percent of them all Berths... Now The rating will justify and lead others to believe how is 'availability' or otherwise ... The basis of Rating for this feature should be 'Past History' which IRI has already in store, and can display graphically what was the situation on the particular date? ...
Regarding sl.1 and 2 also separation of amenities and ratings at station and around station will do simplify the understanding about rating. Else it will remain a just Tag...
