a humble request you to all. i respect ur suggestions and advice please dont Mark red Only for MTJ GWL BINA hault so please ignore this train.its not a rule every SF trains should stop every intermidiate stations enroute. (/blog/post/1392233 ) <---------[for those who want GWL MTJ BINA stop.]

Run via Central line is OK. Can be called as "REAL" Maharashtra Sampark Kranti, since it will cover MH area. I would prefer a Maha SK from Kolhapur to Delhi via Pune at convenient timings in entire MH stretch. Can you make one TT.

You can make KOP-NZM MHSK in 2 routes:
1--> KOP-PUNE-MMR-BPL-NZM
2--> KOP-PVR-KWV-NED-BPL-NZM.
These 2 routes will cover more areas of MH.
