In the Garib rath express trains there are quite a few passengers who pay for their bed rolls/pillows @ Rs 25 to the coach attendant while they are in the train. They might not have opted for the same at the time of booking.
Is their any account of the same or does it go to the attendant's pocket !!!???? Is he supposed to give an account to the railways for every trip? (How many bed rolls provided etc etc)???

I guess that money goes to the his pockets.
He doesn't provide any receipt for providing the bedroll.
