I forgot to cancel a train ticket for which i didn't travel (Journey date : 1-Mar-15). I filed TDR for the same on 5-Mar-15 and now the status of shown as "CR Repudiate" and the reason as "Invalid TDR Timestmap : CNF"

it means you did not file TDR within stipulated time. that is within 3 hrs of the departure of the train.
