Not sure about maintenance. But it looks like the caretaker of the facility is letting out for people in groups. Visited Mangalore last saturday. When I entered the Waiting Room and checked with that guy, he told that it will take another 2 hours as a whole marriage group has booked those bath rooms. I could not understand how a marriage group could book bathrooms in waiting halls.
