The Railway platform ticket is going to be costlier—Rs. 10— from April 1.
“The rate of platform ticket will be increased from Rs. 5 to Rs. 10 from April, 2015,” said a senior Railway Ministry official.
The official said the Divisional Railway Managers have been empowered to increase the rate of platform ticket beyond Rs. 10 to regulate rush at platform during specific requirements like mela and rally. — PTI

No need of platform ticket. Aur itna khula hai station ki, we need not Wi-Fi, Mobile Data kafi achchha signal aata hai :D
