Is it possible to transfer the rakes of this NR train to NCR?
I don't see any improvement in its run over the last 11 years.
If it would be a NCR zone train, definitely it would run on right time, as 750 kms of its run is under NCR zone.

Look at the example train 12741 (Number looks to be a SCR train, but it does not travel in SCR).
Keep all the things as it is. Just change the ownership of the rakes to NCR.

Nah, yeh toh jis din extension hua tha, usi din ye problem solve kar liya gaya tha by transferring it to NR.
IPR is capable of doing secondary maintenance.

Islampur Rajgir line kab pura hogi...Future me rajgir extend kar dena chahiye with rake tranfer to ECR.

Rajgir k liye shramjeevi hai hi, ise kya jarurat hai aur extend hone ki.
Sirf 3rd rake ko better utilization ki jarurat hai, give night halt to 12402 at IPR and start 12401 at 9:00 am from IPR, NDLS early morning pahuch jayegi. Then primary maintenance can be done easily at NDLS for the same NR rake.
