I know that. I wasn't able to see my youtube 3gp video uploaded on IRI.

You cannot upload videos directly to IRI in any format. Upload to youtube and post here.
I don't see the admin saying IRI accepts only flv. You can't upload videos here. Period.
I think I misinterpreted then. So I don't need to convert 3gp videos.
