read yesterdays blog of 12223/24 ltt-ers duronto. many passengers are complaining about the service onboard the train.that was waiting to happen because the rake is with most dumb zone of IR.....the great central railway.you people travelling on 12219/20 sc duronto are lucky to have a good and enjoyable service because the rake is with the most efficent zone of IR......southcentral railway. I have noticed that SCR zone is very innovative and has very clean stations also..............well i feel pity for the kerla people .

1. soup with

no sticks
2. lunch with no spoon
3.no blankets etc.etc..........anyway you I.T people enjoy your

details of the complaints
Improper food service and time schedule.
1. At the start of train only water was served.
2. second day morning 9.30am breakfast was served.
3. At 1.30 soup was served without

stick, pepper & salt.
4. 2.30pm lunch was served without tissue paper.
5. 3.30pm afternoon breakfast & tea.
6. We all passengers had complaint to canteen man none of them was responsible.
7. who were travelling with us were from small children till senior citizens all had to suffer with this improper management.
8. That day train was running on schedule.
9. You take this train fare double then 3tier AC coach but no proper facility.
10. Please take an immediate action on this train canteen contractor & irregular time schedule of food serving.
Hope you give an immediate reply to us & take action on this matter.

I think you can approach consumer court and sue the railways for this. As long as people dont act up, IR will not put pressure on contractors to ensure quality service
