shame on SWR they are not able to introduce special trains on special days

How is it possible .. These locos are strong to carry 24 fully loaded coaches also...
its kind of funny situation. But SWR Mysore Division has to be blamed for this as its not interested in running any special trains for the occasion.
Looks funny and surprise to read. The loco may be old ALCO brand
