No its not fastest. Ajmer shatabdi and Jaipur Delhi Double Decker run with more MPS as they both get 4500 HP TKD WDP4B/D but ADI SJ Rajdhani gets VTA WDM3D 3300 HP. I have travelled in 12985 DD in Oct 2014 from JP to GGN and DD reached up to 120 kmph between JP Alwar Rewari with TKD WDPD 40109 in charge.
In terms of peak speed whether both r fast then rajdhani or not but in avg speed both r slower than swarn jayanti raj . u can check it.
Yes I agree with you in terms of avg. Speed Rajdhani top then Double Decker and then Ajmer Shatabdi. But in terms of MPS Shatabdi top then Double Decker and after that Rajdhani.
If ADI SJ Rajdhani gets WDP4D of VTA then it will have equal MPS as Ajmer Shatabdi and JP DEE Double Decker.
