I have designed a Telangana State Express train name board. The two pictures used in the board are "Telangana Martyrs Memorial" in Hyderabad and "Amar Jawan War Memorial" in New Delhi. Train name is written in four languages. I am not sure about the correctness of spelling in urdu.

riyasat in urdu refers to state; just as it corresponds to rajya in hindi, so even if riyasat it maintained, it should be ok, it seems a more literal translation
jee bilkul sahi farmaya aapne, main itni gaadhi urdu ki baat nahi kar raha, generically state in urdu refers to riyasat, as seen in most textbooks. if you go by that, then express has also to be translated to that extent and i would be more than happy to know what do you refer to an "express"???
