Train 12402 was having 449 seats for SL class between NDLS to IPR in GN quota.
On and after 30th July 2015, it is showing only available 429 seats for SL class.
Where gone those 20 seats?
Any change in Quota / seat allocation?

Oh, the Lower Berth quota increased to 40 now (Earlier it was 20 only)
