I m not asking for confirmation, this is only example,
my query is abt determination of w/l categories(again repeating like WL, PQWL, RSWL, GNWL, Etc) on particular Rly station in IR. In this case NDSL is source station of the train and howcome status is RSWL. On what basis it is decided ? can any one elaborate.
