I want to know the latest rule for boarding point...
In 19018 if i booked ticket from PDH-BDTS...without changing boarding point.and board from:
Case - I : Wankaner
Case - II: Rajkot

Case - III : Than Jn.
Case - IV : Surendra Nagar.
Leagally in which case my seat will get cancelled and alloted to other passenger by TTE????

will wait up to next station which in your case is Rajkot . Rules says TTE will wait up to next station only if passenger does not occupied from his boarding point mention in Ticket. After That he can alloted to RAC/WL ticket holder.

Generally people says that TTE will wait upto 3 next station and then he cancel the ticktet...is it a rule.. or generally accepted principle????
Can u plz give me the link where the rule is mentioned???
