They show premium fare before you are taken to payment gateway
The passenger ignored that page and moved on direct to payment so he paid higher fare.

Ya i duno how he is blaming the railways for his ignorance. Sad that even their association is blindly backing him. He may disagree with the dynamic concept of railways but to brand them as cheats is wrong.
Recently in Jodhpur , one person filed case against raikway because he couldn't cancel premium ticket. He just ignored the details . Obviously Court dismissed case because it's well known that premium ticket cannot be canceled once booked . These associations should stop such false allegations instead of supporting .
These associations should take railways help and organize railway awareness sessions to all their members.
