Missing Those Unforgettable Travel Journey when only DMU trains were runned in the newly constructed JAT RMJK UHP. The story is as old As i still remember that it was my Father's Second last Posting from Udhampur To New Delhi in September 2005 i Travelled from Tawi Vihar Officer's Family Residence at Jaganu Morh, Udhampur near Tawi River and near my Father's Regiment.We were given a grand Gift from the Officer's & JCO'S & Jawans of my Father's Regiment and they drop us at our new Constructed Ramnagar J&K Station a fully Gorgeous Station in the Mid of Udhampur's Scenic Mountains. I loved that Station and we waited for train As we were new about this route don't knew much about it just took our Rajdhani Ticket of JAT Rajdhani to New Delhi to TTE at Station after 15 to 20 Minutes came our my first time view of an DMU...
more... as I saw EMU at Delhi & New Delhi i was familiar with them but it was our new Experience as we boarded it run good crossed many high bridges and Tunnels As I was small I and My sister Screamed whenever the train is at Tunnel first off all we were afraid than we noticed the Lights were on and not off and Saw TTE and make him chek our pass and Ticket. As we were traveling i saw Train was above many meters above ground in the bridge that is the Marvel in Northern RailwayJAT UHP Section by Engineers by them constructing Bidges and Rail lines through darker Tunnels under Hills and Was dumbstruck by the magnificent Route modeling By Engineers and Railway First Time in my life Saw Persons with NRMU ( Northern Railway Mazdoor Union ) with them as they boarded at some stations before entering JAT Outer from Udhampur Side.
After It was going to Reach JAT 15 minutes before time was made to station Outer and Saw Many Railway Lines Cutting each other towards various Platforms of Jammu Tawi Station. It reached at Platform no 2 10 minutes late aa it was 15 minutes before entering Platform.
Enjoyed my Ride and then At Night Had a wonderful Ride in JAT Rajdhani to NDLS. The ICF Rajdhani Rake was Ausome H1 Was Very Good food at Station was Good and The Train Was Hauled by LDH WDM3A at that time No TKD WDMs/WDPs .When I left Udhampur and after Jammu Tawi I was crying of my Friend's & Teacher's & My School. But as it is a rule that everyone comes without anything its an Part and parcel of our life but I got something that everyone needs from his elders to say goodbye and to move on & to face the problems and to find their solutions.
After that my Railfanning curiosity got broder & broder Still I am a Rookie in Railfanning But I love Trains & Spoting Trains and Locos Very Much.
