take any metro station and deboard at Anand Vihar station on Blue Line towards Vaishali. Get out of station towards Anand Vihar Bus stand. Now there will be some private & some govt buses standing. Take a govt bus going towards Meerut. Ask conductor for BBD and he will charge around 20 and will inform you on reaching.
Instead of deboarding at Anand Vihar metro, you can alight at Vaishali metro station. Just outside the station you can Meerut side buses which will be more suitable.
