Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

I can see a Dippy, a G-9 and G-7 starring at the Wammie... MGS is a catenary and track jungle where the Patna Line 110 Kmph MPS tracks and Gaya Line 130 Kmph tracks mix with each other. The 110 Kmph tracks again emerge at the other end and proceed towards Varanasi while the 130 Kmph tracks proceed towards Allahabad. I wonder that when will IR make the MGS-SLN-SRE Route fit for 130-140 Kmph MPS.... we also don't have a single fully AC train running on this route :-o
