Their has been many trains with very few stoppages but its their usual delay is 4-5hours
In that case, no. In case of Tatkal bookings, no matter where you book it from, the odds of you landing up in W/L or otherwise are identical, barring obvious cases like booking it from BZA where it'll surely confirm.
It showed 15 berths for IIac tatkal and 15 for premium tatkal IIac during my booking for the leg MGS to MAS. So, will it be the same 15+15 for PNBE - MAS leg also? i.e. this 30 is the quota for that train or is there any separate 30 or something for PNBE?
Gee... am I confusing too much? All of it is due to the large hole caused by that 20,000/- in my pocket.

Yes those 15 very seats are shared by PNBE, DNR, ARA, BXR, MGS, and MZP. Just 15 seats, NOT 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 +15 + 15 + 15 seats.
