You are right kaushal bhai.. there is some gps error in speed.. but there is always a chance of overspeeding by few margins... so for 130 mps it may even go to 135.. but 145 is surely an error.. lekin ek baat toh sure hai ki 12439/40 old lhb coaches ke sath aur wo bhi without p7 tracks ko pura koot deti hai.. it really shows how powerful and eficient wap4 is..
Yeah coaches of 12439/40 are in bad condition.. i also travelled in 22824 bbs rajdhana once and the coaches of that rajdhani were well maintained.. even 12453/54 rnc rajdhani coaches are in way better condition than 12439/40..
