yes...may be but specials may be converted into such tatkal specials.. as per the news..i think this would be great esp peak season time like now...benefittable to passengers...and arp would be b/w 10 to 60 days

for those trains running in full wl...people may have a hands on at these, but the arp should be less then i think..not more than 10 days!
