New ticketing policy and quota should be like this
1) 120 days ARP 40% of total seats total fare= fare
2) 60 days ARP 15% of total seats. Total fare = fare + 15 % of fare
3) 30 days ARP 15 % of total seats total fare = fare + 30% of fare

Yes sir but my view is also correct their may be many passenger who are benefitted from it
Sir pehle IR passenger se 60day advance me booking karwati thi jis se usko us paise pe sirf 60din tak ka अधिकतम ब्याज mil pata tha aur ab 120din ARP karne se bhartiye rail 120 din advance me paise le lete hai jo ARP pe booking karty hai nd unse 120 din ka ब्याज mil jata hai Ir ko aise ;) :P
Best would be to provide the tickets at a cheaper rate than base for advance with a slight increase in cancellation charges for last minute cancellation, like a 3A ticket at rate of SL for booking at ARP 120 days
