TSRs and PSRs are for passengers own safety. Its not about which zone train it is. And there is nothing like "no proper maintenance" because it is bang on the MAS-HWH line- which is considered as Golden Quadrilateral.
For record purpose, you are traveling in a train, not a pallevelugu bus on a State Highway nearing a state border. Stop posting as if there are special Temporary Speed Restrictions imposed just because you are traveling.
