Led by twin Alcos. Please help me in identifying the concerned loco shed. Indeed a long train with lots of Gen coaches near the end. The train was running late by almost 3.5 hrs yesterday.

To me it looks like the twins are:
18929R
16344R
IRFCA says these are WDM2s
The shed is either VSKP or R. My guess would be the locos belong to SECR's Raipur (R) shed as...

the 12844's route after R is not electric (via Mahasamund, Vizianagaram, Khurda) till Vizianagaram (electrification works are on between VZM and TIG i think).
So my guess:
18929R & 16344R belong to Raipur Diesel Loco Shed!
