But is govt of AP or any ministers or MPs of uthhrandra requested ECoR to run special ?? At least any one called ECoR authorities on the people issues ??
I guess Ecor acts only at the request of MPs and other representatives,but not for public.
ya but AP govt review the position at SCR hq with railway ministry where no one reviewed at VSKP
