instead giving RSA to Jaggannath Express why not SER transfer Jaggannath Express train to ECoR as ECoR has some trains spare which is still not being used and running as Weekly and biweekly I.E. 18422/Ajmer - Puri Bi-Weekly Express, 18402/Dwarka Express, and this one also 18406/Ahmedabad - Puri Express and many more this are just for Eg.
