sheva.frank.droggmail.com 62 blog postsHi guys, I need to travel from Chandigarh to New Delhi on the 17th of May, Sunday, I have some work which gets over by 130PM, and I have a reservation in the KALKA-NDLS Shatabdi but that leaves CDG at 623PM. I was wondering whether I could travel to Ambala Junction from Chandigarh and then get a train. I actually need to reach Delhi ASAP. By 730/8 hopefully. Any suggestions would be welcomed, including which train to take UMB-NDLS/DLI and how to reach Ambala Junction from Chandigarh.

So take PRS ticket. With that ticket, YES, you can board unreserved coaches without any issue and can talk to TTE to allow you to travel in the booked class of travel. :)
