Guys, reason for red flag is mandatory. If you will not give proper reason then how I would be able to improve it. So it's a request from all of you to give a valid reason.

You can add one more hr in between LKO-BSB. You can also by-pass KGP. However, what I must say that 65kmph is not impossible, but IR just doesn't have the confidence. So better not to test IR and not to go section-wise. Just add some more slack, distribute it in between sections as per your choice and lower the avg speed to 60-62 that's all. However, concept is good I should say.
