yesterday night many trains going towards Mgs were running on time/minimum delay. This goes to show that if Rajdhani were not plying on this route, then it would have been the best route. The main problem of congestion in this route are the Rajdhani type trains. the sole reason is that almost all trains are looped for Rajdhani to pass, even though their timings are ahead of Rajdhani.
Trains like North East, Seemanchal, Pune-patna, Ltt Rjpb SF etc which have their schedule of passing Mgs before Rajdhani they are halted and get overtaken even if they are 30-45 mins late, which creates congestion for other trains coming from behind and have their timings after Rajdhani. Well if all these Rajdhanis are given late night departure, it is surely going to help
I dont think so..there are several other routes too where rajdhanis and shatabdis run and dont affect the run of other trains....
How will night dep solve problem ? this route has train 24 hour so if radhani dep in night then they will affect night slot trains.
But look at all other days status including today and yesterday night
