Mumbai suburban trains had stopped its CVM coupons, without giving adequate notice or advertising. Many person who have taken the coupons had just lost their money as these are not taken back. Further the ATVM cards have not made available in sufficient number and their stock lost as people who are frequent traveler but not daily traveler are forced to buy them.
There were enough announcements made and a PR was released a month back for the same.
.
Even Newspapers had an article on CVM coupons

I am daily traveler between Virar and Bandra. Seen few A4 size postings at Andheri not one at Vasai, Nalasopara or Virar.
Can you just show any clipping from news paper or any PR announcement on station?
What is sufficient is not decided by A4 size papers.
Do you have any idea how many unused coupons are lying with commuters.

Enough advertisements were given and also the notices were clipped near the ticket counters.
