no, its not like dat ....... minimum starting fare iz twice base fare of tatkal rajdhani class, even in 22914 NDLS BCT premium, i went to book wen seats were 521 available, in evening, d fare was nearly 4300/- 3ac
dis iz almost in ol trains, running to UP from mumbai, d base fare iz twice d tatkal rajdhani fare from starting itself !!
dis was using BCT NDLS, JP/INDB durontos mixtured 2010 rake ........ den few dayz bak JP Duronto and BCT NDLS premium rake was swapped, NDLS premium rake wen wid JP duronto rake, and JP duronto went wid NDLS premium rake, and now same JP Duronto rake boards were replaced wid BCT LJN premium !!
so basically it has RSA wid JP and INDB duronto, but running with NDLS premium rake !!
