Well almost all 3AC coaches have charging sockets in all bays of the coach. So it should be there...

No I think, I just boarded and came down from Malwa express on 2ac and there was no sockets anywhere, the only sockets available are the ones close to the toilets. I just want a confirmation if there is any on the Himsagar express, because its going to be 3 days in the train.

Could be but thats a very very rare case now. Some trains still carry old coaches but majorty of the trains now(80%+) have new coches.
