RLWL - Remote Location WL - Maintained for Remote Location Quotas (intermediate quota station to end station); separate WL may be maintained for separate RL quotas
PQWL - Pooled Quota WL - Maintained for pooled quota (starting station to end station). PQ is starting to end station quota, different from General quota, used to allot intermediate station passengers, preconfigured in system, which are not considered for GN, RS and RL quotas. This is to "benefit" long distance passengers and "restrict" too many short distance passengers to "limited" berths under PQ
