Pax stopped train in ongole Stan
Ac failure is the reason ,Paxs r protesting since 1 hr ,other south bound trains disrupted

Ogl stn master/ super intendent assured ac1 Paxs diff of fare will be given to u at chennai egmore u can collect refund,then only Paxs allowed train to leave after 1 hr from Ogl.
Ac failure from hwh itself my question is whether ecor and scr can help/ do repairs or adding of extra coach of Sr zone train,
Why no ac technian dept of ecor,scr did not respond , BBS,vskp,bza have facilities b,extra coach too why no steps taken to resolve the issue?
