Yes .. if you change the boarding Point at the time of booking. If you have not you can approach the PRS 24 hours before the trains departure from Gandhidham and get the boarding poing change. You have to provide a letter and also copy of your ID proof and carry the original of the same.
because Panvel Has heavy Wait list but Gandhidham/Ahemdabad many seat available so reserved from their and mention boarding point Panvel at PRS time of booking
