Today I went to receive my relatives at Hazrat Nizamuddin Station on Train no 12467 Kongu Express. The train arrived on the platform at 16:25 hrs but Railways have recorded official time of arrival as 15:55 hrs. In fact the train had arrived at Tugalakabad around 15:25 hrs and took long time to arrive at H Nizamuddin. Railways do it too often and record wrong time of arrival at destination. I would like to know where to record this complaint Officially with Railways.
Usually NTES records the time the train arrives at the home signal. Depending on the ground situation it may reach the PF anywhere between 2-30 mins.
